Founded in 2014, Zibo Yide Ye New Material Technology Co.,Ltd. , as a national high-tech enterprise with a registered capital of RMB80 million, engages in R&D, production, sale and export of aluminum hydroxide. The company is formerly known as Zibo Hongjia Aluminum Stock Co., Ltd., which has long enjoyed a great reputation in the industry. Since its establishment in 1996, Zibo Hongjia Aluminum Stock Co., Ltd. has been committed to the production and research of the aluminum hydroxide filler. Dozen years of hard work have made it difficult for the original site to meet the company’s production needs. Thus, in 2014, the decision was made to build a new factory in a place with higher development potential, that is, New Material Industrial Park, Zichuan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province, and Zibo Hongjia Aluminum Stock Co., Ltd. changed its name to Zibo Yi Deye New Material Technology Co., Ltd., and continued to use the “Hongjia brand” trademark. For more than 20 years, with its dogged persistence and great enthusiasm in manufacturing aluminum hydroxide products, and its unswerving efforts in following the concept of standardization, digitalization, environmentally-friendliness and internationalization of the manufacturing industry, Yi Deye has become a new chemical manufacturing company full of innovation vitality, which implements modern enterprise management. We lead the world in terms of aluminum hydroxide research and development, production process and product quality. Since its establishment, we have won the praise on the domestic market, and further actively explored the international market, creating a variety of aluminum hydroxide products that can replace their equivalents in the United States and Japan. We have established good cooperative relationships with customers in Europe, America, Russia, South Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia, and exported our products to many countries.
By adhering to the development concept that science and technology are the primary productive forces, our company has developed more than 50 types of aluminum hydroxide and alumina products, which are widely used in composite materials BMC/SMC, artificial marble, electronic copper clad laminates, refractory materials, flame retardant materials, wires and cables, insulators, LED lights, ceramic rollers and other industries. We have obtained 11 utility model patents and 2 software copyrights.
Our laboratory has professional testing equipment such as Malvern particle size analyzers, MINOLTA colorimeters, Omec particle size analyzers, DV-79 viscosity analyzers and so on. The quality control personnel can ensure stable product quality by performing quick testing in the production process and adjusting production at any time according to the conditions of raw materials. By adhering to the concept of being responsible for the products sold, in 2010, our company established a traceability system, where all the information of our products is archived for query.
